The Hitchcock Crossing neighborhood is located in Aiken, South Carolina just minutes from downtown Aiken and just across the bypass from Hitchcock Woods. Our neighborhood features single family houses with wonderful views and rolling hills. Sidewalks make for an enjoyable walk or run against a backdrop of wooded common spaces with kalmia (mountain laurel) that bloom in the spring.

We have a new management company effective January 1, 2026

We are pleased to announce that effective January 1, 2026 Town and Country Property Management will assume management of Hitchcock Crossing. This partnership was announced at the annual homeowner's meeting on November 18th. Below you will find a link to read the initial introductory letter that was made available at the meeting. Town and Country will be sending out a detailed letter in December with all your need-to-know information.
A couple of the new benefits for homeowners include:
- A robust online portal where you can see your account, pay dues and fines (if applicable), view Board meeting minutes as well other important documents, submit architectural applications, and have a place to ask your questions and get answers.
- You will no longer have to pay a fee for architectural applications!
- Covenant violations inspections will be performed by Town and Country once they come on board.
- Town and Country has a local presence here in Aiken.
The Board is excited about this new partnership and believe you will be as well. In closing, we do want to thank Courtney Sanders and the MJS team for their partnership.
Neighborhood Regulations

In April of 2025, the Board of Directors approved and filed the Regulations for the neighborhood which outline what is allowable in the neighborhood. The Regulations can be found on the Aiken County RMC website, through MJS, Inc., or on the document page of this website.
